Shipping Policy
Brepik is committed to delivering your order in premium quality packaging within the given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sundays & Public holidays (as per the official Indian calendar). To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition and within the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only.
Orders are Delivered within 2-3 working days or as per the order date . The delivery timeline may vary depending on the Holidays.
For all orders priced at Rs. 999 or below, there is a fixed shipping fee of Rs. 100 which will get applied on the checkout page.
Order once is shipped from our warehouse, the same cannot be cancelled.


WHAT IF THE PRODUCT IS RECEIVED IN A DAMAGED CONDITION?
If you think that the packaging of the product is in a bad condition or seems to have been tampered with or damaged during the time of delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person. Additionally, please call our customer care at +91 9891639132 or email us at ‘brepik07@gmail.com ‘ mentioning your Order ID. We will ensure that a brand new replacement is sent to you.
We follow very strict quality control measures to ensure that you receive your shoes in an untampered condition. In spite of this, if you find the shoes to be damaged AFTER opening the box, you can inform us regarding the same by calling our customer care at +91 9891639132 or emailing us with your Order ID at ‘brepik07@gmail.com’ within 3 days of receiving the order. Upon receipt of the original package, we will ensure that a brand new replacement pair is sent to you. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send the product back to us.
